Focus workspace on any monitor by name

More of a "nice to have" QOL feature. Instead of having to target workspaces directly using the monitor and workspace indices when using komorebic directly in a shell, it should be possible to focus a workspace with the matching name on any monitor.

komorebic.exe focus-workspace-name <TARGET>

This has been implemented for a while as focus-named-workspace.
