Force topmost

Sometimes you want a (float) window to always stay on top of the other windows. PowerToys has this feature, so maybe taking a look at that implementation would be helpful.

Just use PowerToys then (or AutoHotkey which can do it as well)

No. PowerToys has this, but cannot be scripted, and AutoHotkey does work, but it would be better if it were an actual feature in komorebi, which would allow scripting from terminal, instead of just autohotkey scripts.
