Fix multimonitor notworking

Hi,

I was getting non responding bars on all my monitors except the main monitor, only when using komorebic but fine starting the separately in powershell.

If I'm honest I'm not 100% sure why it wasn't working for me, i just tracked the part in the code down where it starts the bars and tired a different way of starting the PowerShell commands. It works fine for me now.

Not really expecting this to go in but maybe you can do something better with the same fix in ;)

weirdly when i run just install, the issue comes back ;(

I see "non responding bars" and I think of the issue the network widget has been giving.

Can you try to build the latest and check again or just wait for a nightly release that has my pr in it?
