Filter does not apply for animated wallpapers
A single frame of the filtered wallpaper shows before reverting to the normal wallpaper.
This can be reproduced using the attached image file with swww img --filter Nearest
Perhaps an easy fix is convert this gif into a big enough cached form through something like imagemagick?
Does this still happen in the latest released version?
