[feature request] Release on crates.io

Could you please release swww on crates.io ? I intend to package it for debian; for this it has to be on crates.io. The Debian Rust team uses debcargo to package rust crates. (see debcargo README).

See my response in #174. But basically, I simply don't feel like swww is currently mature enough to warrant being published on crates.io. Sorry.
