Really doesn't tell us much. Can you elaborate further?

I have symlinks that were created in the past using NTFS-3G and are now using NTFS3 and can't read them as symlinks.

Read in the comments here: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ntfs3-dkms/. NTFS-3g "cheated" in the way it did symbolic links, whereas NTFS3 creates the real NTFS links. Thus, of course, older links are not interpreted correctly, because they were not real links in the first place.
