Add light pipes to TS geometry
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The TS scintillation light will be guided to the SiPMs in light pipes.
Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the light pipe material be there, potentially as Sensitive Detectors, but at least so we can check the impact of additional material along the side of the incoming beam. Some details:
- The SiPMs will all be located on the back of the tracker mounting structure, at the same position in x, while the TS pads shift in x along z to follow the incoming beam trajectory. Thus, the light pipes will be of slightly different lengths
L_at_pad3 + offset_at_pad_iwhich can all be found from thev14geometry - LYSO will also use light pipes for readout, but the LYSO bars are longer since they make up the target
- The material is likely poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), the UV transmitting kind (UVT) -- @awhitbeck will follow up
Describe alternatives you've considered We could wait, but we will need a complete decetor geometry description eventually.

Currently being addressed in #1761
Resolved and submitted a pull request. Branch iss1760-light-pipes-ts.
@cjbarton151 how does what you did compare to what @Layan-Sarayra did in iss1760-light-pipes-ts, is it the same thing?
reopening just to follow our standard workflow (which is good for new developers to learn 🙂 ) : mention the issue you're solving in the PR, and once the PR is approved and merged, the issue is considered resolved and github auto-closes it.

as far as i know @cjbarton151 started from what @Layan-Sarayra had implemented and gave the loop mechnism an overhaul + added SiPMs, but @cjbarton151 should comment. i suggest that the two of you take a look at each other's PRs and figure out how to most usefully merge your respective work.
