Interface GiBUU and GENIE

Feature Directly interface GiBUU and GENIE into ldmx-sw. Currently, GiBUU and GENIE events are converted to LHE format before being fed into ldmx-sw. Having a direct interface will allow us to take full advantage of some of the tools that are included in each of the packages.

Possible solutions Interfaces for the ART framework exists and may be useful in interfacing to ldmx-sw.

So, the FNAL software we mentioned yesterday is here: https://cdcvs.fnal.gov/redmine/projects/nutools/wiki

I think the most relevant pieces are EventGeneratorBase (and particularly GENIEHelper in it: I think we do not need to worry about flux files of any kind thank goodness), NuReweight (for the reweighting framework pieces), and SimulationBase which has object definitions.

It may be that some combination of running GENIE and interfacing to LHE as is done with just adding information needed for NuReweight may be ok? (And so avoid other entangling with GENIE), but I'm not sure without taking a closer look. Will try to do that, but feel free to also start to browse around of course.
