[FEATURE] List Hiddden Icons in Context Menu instead of Tooltip

I think it would be useful if, instead of a tooltip, the list of hidden application icons were moved into a context menu, where the user could then access that context menu to show/hide any hidden icon or bring the corresponding application's window to focus if minimized.
