Contribution analysis `rest` row sometimes doesn't show in table + index missing

What happened?

The rest row doesn't always show in table while present in the figure, so far, I've only seen it in ProcessContributions, but not sure if that's a pattern or coincidence.

The missing index was a mistake and not actually a problem
