ProjectLighthouse News is broken on LBP1

Not sure if this is just a problem with RPCS3, but it's still an issue regardless. The result from the API is the same, yet the news screen shows as empty in-game.

Closing as this is most likely a bug with the game out of our control.

it actually doesn't seem to be

the game requests news from the server at LITTLEBIGPLANETPS3_XML/news, but it gets a 404 back, the actual servers probably started doing that too at some point after they stopped bothering to update the news for LBP1 either that or they broke the xml formatting

ok you removed it, but looking at it, LBP1 doesn't actually check category (there's no reference to it from what I can see in the eboot)

they probably broke the news formatting and never fixed it, as I remember it working fine back in 2012/13
