Freight PILATES integration

• prepare required repository under LBNL
• upload existing code \ data to repository
• test that provided code works with provided data
• add readme with information of how to run
• if it is possible - prepare a test to prove code works with data
• add placeholders into PILATES for calling the new project(s) docker images
• add real calls to the new project(s) docker images from PILATES
