Security: check how AWS secret manager is useful for us

It should be able to store secrets - we need to check if it will be convenient to use the AWS secret manager to store sensitive information related to simulations on AWS \ GCP \ Clusters, such as google spreadsheet url, SLACK_HOOK_WITH_TOKEN, GOOGLE_API_KEY, and probably others.
