Use beammodel/beam-environment in google cloud / amazon cloud / clusters to run BEAM

Currently BEAM is run by using shell scripts which are different for Google cloud, Amazon cloud and for both clusters. If we use for this beam-environment image then the shell scripts will be shorter and easier to maintain and we will always have one updated image with all configured dependencies.
