Draft: Add arm arch support (Apple Silicon / M1)

Currently BEAM mostly works on M1, but when running tests locally I have a few issues still.

This PR updates a few dependencies which use native libraries to make them compatible with M1.

Currently a draft, created to be able to check these fixes on CI.
