Helics: add documentation about this feature

We have functionality to use helics libraries with beam - we need to add some documentation about it:

1. how to configure beam in order to work with helics
2. what helics related python scripts we have and how to use them
3. how to run beam with helics
4. what kind of additional output it will produce
