Is there a method for playing a title once you've browsed for it? Ie: Search for Narcos, play Narcos?

No, there isn't. But what exactly do you mean by "play a title"? Do you want the title to be added to your viewing history because you "watched" it? In that case, this is a duplicate of #14.

Or do you really want the show to be played on the user's screen? In that case, I'm curious how you would want this feature to work exactly, given that node-netflix2 provides no GUI.
