Docker Container Support Addded

If anyone still struggling to use netflix-migrate, have a look on my docker container. It's much more easy to use & simple. I've created a pull request but it seems like @LBBO is inactive. So creating this issue so that newcomers don't have to struggle. This docker container is based on netflix-migrate, so it support all the functions of netflix-migrate. Also it is open source too. You can build yourself one, if you want. Note: If author update netflix-migrate then I'll update the docker containers too.

Thanks for your contributions to this project and sorry for not being active before! Just leaving this note in case anyone comes here: Netflix has recently added native support for account migration, so there's no longer any need for this project. For further instructions on how to migrate you account, please refer to the official documentation.
