Identifying Bacillus at the STRAIN level with GOTTCHA

I would like to know if it's possible to achieve strain-level sensitivity for Bacillus with GOTTCHA.

Not sure how to answer this. There are certainly plenty of fragments in the genus level DB for mapping.
