edge taxonomy problem

Describe the bug Edge is not listing taxonomy/phylogenetic analysis even though it says it ran it during the pipeline. Here is the pipeline flow Here is overview of results

When I click taxonomy analysis on bottom right this pops up.

When I go to click the directory and click taxonomy there is no drop down menu.

Here is my parameters for the run.

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
