Loading files

My files aren't saving between logins. Today it took me 3 hours to load 519.5 Mb of files and I would prefer not to have to load them each time. I'm also having problems loading my file paths within Qiime. When I go to choose the file, I end up with an empty vertical , white, box that says S... on the top.

Hi Karen,

Not sure what EDGE instance you are using. Do you installed EDGE in your system? What EDGE version? If you ran a project, can you provide process.log, error.log and the failed module log files. If it is system error, the tomcat, apache and mysql logs are helpful. We would appreciate more information you can provide for us to track down the issue.
