#493 Use API to populate text_labels in frontend

Changes

  • Used the API provided in https://github.com/LAION-AI/Open-Assistant/pull/498 to retrieve the valid_labels.
  • This API is called on every Task Load (Decided on Discord with @fozziethebeat )
