Show logged in user's score in header

Making the users own score more prominent will probably increase gamification. If we include it in the header, maybe next to the account button, it will always be visible. This would b similar to what stackoverflow.com does.

I think how we communicate gamification data needs a bit of discussion before we jump on it. It also needs some planning from the backend to understand what they'll be able to setup and when. I've added this to the upcoming meeting agenda for open ended discussion.

Once we're discussing I think we hopefully will be able to create a Gamification milestone with some details about what it accomplishes and all the issues needed to make this happen.

This applies to #566 as well.
