full-dev-setup.sh does not play well with conda environments

1. Can someone shed some light on what it is supposed to do?
2. When it is run, it drops from openassist conda env, I set up, to base and then causes errors as some Python modules are missing.

It appears that tmux that this script uses sources .profile and thus busts the Python envivonment.
