Conversation does not scroll in Chat app.

When I use the Chat interface (on MS Edge, on macOS), the conversation does not scroll to the end as new content is generated. I have to scroll manually to see the end of each output.

I'm not sure if this is how it works for everyone, or there's a bug that's just affecting my client, but it's really clunky to use.
