Rework chat layout UI

The QueueInfo is removed for now. I will add it back in follow up PR. Most of the change are UI code, there is no logic here, it safe to merge Desktop

some stuff I noticed:

When refreshing a /chat/id page with some messages in it, I get a hydration error:

Warning: Extra attributes from the server: data-disabled

In dark mode, the chat list has an awkward dark box behind it

When you open an empty chat, there is a lot! of empty space below
