Design of chat: arrows to navigate conversation tree

This isn't a big issue, but still something I noticed.

The arrows used to navigate sibling nodes in the conversation tree in the chat are on the bottom of the message.

This makes the arrows jump up and down as one navigates. The arrows should probably be positioned on the top, so that one can more easily navigate the tree.

Will do this when I rework the tree render logic. Already see OpenAI does the same
