White error page after skipping or ranking assistant replies

Whenever I skip a question or review the rankings of assistant responses when in the original order they were presented was correct, I get this white page with the following errors in the console log (I'm using Firefox if that could be the cause of this issue):

@olliestanley I tried the same on Chrome but it works fine for me. Can you please add some steps to reproduce it?

@noobyogi0010 Here's how I reproduce it on Firefox if that helps:

  1. Open a task image
  2. Press the skip task button image
  3. white screen image

@Crusher50 Thanks for the detailed steps. Tried it on chrome but couldn't reproduce it. Will give it a try on Firefox.
