Constantly gettting "MH_LoadPlugin" issue

Same issue as https://github.com/LAGonauta/MetaAudio/issues/74 Suggested solution of deploying sndfile.dll to the same directory as metahook.exe doesn't work. Using MetaHookSv-refs/tags/v20251130b and [2023-12-19] MetaAudio-331@57ae770-update-steamaudio with MetaAudio.zip.
