http://homeassistant.local:8123 Server URI not working since core_2023.11.2

My HASS agent is unable to connect to the Home Assistant API since I updated to core_2023.11.2 (just updated today). Nothing was changed in the settings before or after the update. The token and URI are still the same. Doing the test in config says the connection failed. I use the default homeassistant.local url.
