Bug: Default Hotkey for Quick Actions interferes with German keyboard layout

Open TheLastFrame opened this issue 1 year ago • 1 comments

Describe the bug Default configuration uses Control, Alt + Q (Alt Gr + Q) as Hotkey for Quick Actions, which conflicts with the German Keyboard Layout since it is used as writing @ by default on German Keyboards. I first thought my keyboard is broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In Windows go to 'Settings > Time & Language > Language'
  2. Click on 'Keyboard' and select 'German' as Input method
  3. Try to write an @ (Control, Alt + Q or Alt Gr + Q)
  4. See the problem

(you have to have a default installation without a configuration or change the Hotkey for Quick Actions in HASS.Agent back to Control, Alt + Q)

Expected behavior It should normally just write an @ symbol anywhere.

has this been fixed? I disabled the HotKey completely, but for some reason the problem came back a few days ago and the Hotkey was enabled again.
