Bug: HASS.Agent integration not detecting all clients

Hey All! :wave:

I’ve got 4 out of my 5 computers perfectly setup on the HASS Agent. One of them is sending sensor data via MQTT, but I don’t get the Media Player setup. :confounded:

Under Settings / Integrations, I’ve had to add it using it’s IP Address (while the others got discovered). If I click on the entry, it doesn’t list an entity (the HASS Agent). It’s only a device, without an entity. :boom:

I tried reinstalling the agent on the computer, but still no results. That’s the only thing I haven’t done yet. Any ideas?

There's an annoying bug in autodection, I'm working on fixing it, but for now what seems to help for other users experiencing this is:

• Close HASS.Agent
• Uninstall the addon from Home Assistant (HA)
• Restart HA
• Install the addon
• Restart HA
• Start HASS.Agent

With a bit of luck, it should now work ok. Let me know if it doesn't and we'll dig in deeper

I have the same issue, media player cant find my PC, where MQTT and HASS Agent detects it correctly, only media player doesnt work
