Feature: Audio Sensors for Recording Devices

The "Audio" sensor type has a bunch of great data points for Playback devices, but it would be great if there was also an option to include this data for Recording devices as well! Specifically I was looking to find the muted state of the microphone to derive some automation.

~~+1 for this. I'm looking at the audio sensor entities from HASS.Agent 2022.14.0 and there is an entity $HOST_audio_default_input_device_muted that comes with the Audio sensor but it doesn't seem to update when I mute my microphone either within Zoom or withing the Sound Control Panel.~~

Nevermind. It looks like the mute status is working for my built-in microphone but not for my attached USB mic for some reason.
