Feature: MonitorWake should use F15 by default to trigger and also allow a configurable trigger key

MonitorWakeCommand uses up arrow key which may inadvertently create problems. This key should be configurable.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Use F15 as a default trigger key instead, it works and is not a key found on most keyboards, thus, likely ignored by most programs. In the unlikely event some program does use F15, user can configure it to be something else.

when i implemented my own NirCMD workaround before the beta, I had it press "scroll lock" twice to turn on the monitor.
