Notifications if Device Name is changed

Notifications (at least for me on Windows 11) would not show if the Device Name under Configuration->General was changed. Once I set the device name back to what I was seeing in Home Assistant under notify (the original device name) notifications started working.

Same here. Notify service is registered under the old name and does not change when I change name of HASS.Agent integration device.
