Unexpected crash while playing Zombie Z

Open Chabi2525 opened this issue 5 years ago • 5 comments

When I play zombie Zeta, the game suddenly crashes. There are no warnings or errors, and I don't remember what was going on until just before, as it happens suddenly. It's like a phenomenon caused by lack of RAM.However, since there is 8GB RAM, I think it is another reason.

try Zombie Z on Office, if the game still crashes, you'd better reinstall the game in addition, the problem should be publish on https://github.com/Ochii/cso2-launcher/issues rather than here

How can I reproduce this? Which OS are you running? Do you have mods installed?

OS Windows10Pro I use this custom. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-3Nlk_c7WHWbv8E62irya2UMyESS90x9/view Game settings have a maximum frame rate of 50.

I don't play other game modes.Maybe it's not just zombie zeta.

Basic troubleshooting:

  1. Check if game is crashing without custom folder.
  2. If game works fine after removing custom, then put back custom but remove ui_gfx folder inside your custom, because it is taken from japanese version and may cause problems on korean version.
  3. If game works fine after it (with custom but without ui_gfx) then issue is fixed. You need to look by yourself what is crashing the game in your ui_gfx modification.
  4. If game is crashing even without custom folder then idk, I played zombie zeta on different maps and game never crashed yet.

I cannot play CSO2 now.It looks like it will be a while later to verify.
