These ports are obsolete ports and are not running at all.

I used the port viewer to see launcher.exe that UDP27015, udp27020, UDP27005, these ports are not running, although they are included in the game process.

Whether it is a local port or a remote port, they are off by default. Only the TCP port is dynamic and can connect to the server.
