1,3) All logos are stored in: "cstrike\ui_gfx" folder. You can edit them with photoshop or similar program. 2) Banners are stored on Nexon server. URLs of banners are hardcoded to the game. 4) I have no idea, internet should have programs for css, maybe it can be used for cso2 also.
