Handle new SET_STREAM_INFO payload

SET_STREAM_INFO payload was extended and is now incompatible with Milan PDU. Both must be handled.

Partially related to #147 MacOS Sonoma is using the new payload and causes incorrect values to be displayed for Milan fields. Might also affect the PTO value
