Keymap Square + Y

What steps will reproduce the problem?
By pressing 'Square + Y'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is '^'
The output is '&'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: Revision 30
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
When I press 'Circle + Y' the output is 'ý' but when I press 'Square + Y' the 
output is '&'.

What keyboard layout is your chatpad? If it's different than QWERTY make sure 
the application is set to match the chapad layout. If the setting matches the 
layout, let me know and I'll check the key map in the code.
