Just for FYI I don't have this Issue, I have manually updated to latest KeePass 2.59 on Four (4) different systems (x86_X64) Laptop, AIO, Desktop with Windows 10 (NOT Windows 11) and didn't face any Issue at all, perhaps it is only reproducible on Windows 11..
Similar incompatible bug using KeePass 2.57.1 on Arch Linux
Same here using KeePass 2.59 as .exe on Arch.

Update: Same issue with wine-mono 10.2.0
Same issue on Nobara (Fedora 42), with Keepass 2.59. I tried both with the linux package and with wine, also after installing mono-complete.
Thanks again to the devs for this great plugin. I haven't found an alternative using gDrive, so I hope I can keep using this one.
