Character Movement Controls

The character movement controls should be enhanced.

• Holding the W key should move the character forward into it's facing direction
• Holding the S key should move the character backward from it's facing direction
• Holding LMB+RMB should move the character forward into it's facing direction (and allow rotating [yaw] him using the mouse)
• Holding the Q key should move the character strafe left from his facing direction
• Holding the E key should move the character strafe right from his facing direction
• Holding the A key without RMB should start rotating the character to the left
• Holding the D key without RMB should start rotating the character to the right
• Holding the A key with RMB should move the character strafe left
• Holding the D key with RMB should move the character strafe right
