v1.11 does not work

Describe the bug I launched RunCat v1.11, but nothing happened.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double click RunCat_x64/RunCat.exe or RunCat_with_.NET5.0/RunCat.exe.
2. Nothing happens.

Windows 11 Pro 21H2 Build 22000.708 with.NET runtime Windows 10 Pro 21H2 Build 19044.1706 with.NET runtime

Expected behavior A cat runs in the taskbar.

me, too. I'm waiting for fixing the program. But v1.9 is working in my laptop. If you want to operate this program, v1.9 is acceptable for you

I met ~~same issue~~ with v1.11 on Windows 11, I turned to v1.9 as suggested and it works well now.

Edit: Not the same issue This is what I got using WinDbg:
