Since my computer is never at 0% the limit should be adjustable for low (sitting cat).

In my experience a constantly running cat is statistically unlikely - more often they will be curled up asleep - only occasionally waking up to perform a spot of self-grooming, usually involving a portion of time working on their nether regions with one leg up in the air...

Nevertheless this application is cute.
