Fixed an issue where the application would crash because Dropbox would still be actively editing the file. (issue #2 )
Added Execution Delay, a wait time in seconds, which the controller waits if it tried reading the controlfile file while Dropbox was still working with it. Increasing this value increases the delay when Dropbox is encountered, but larger values will prevent the program from crashing when this collision happens.
