Starting options are not entirely functioning properly

@tehvappy50 reports that the starting options are not functioning as they should:

"Also, it seems some of the starting options in the Doom RPG Options menu don't seem to work when running DRPG with DRLA."

As of the conversion to GDCC, they now seem to be working properly. DRLA's starting options are still broken though for some reason.
