How to stop tamed Sculk Snappers from attacking other players?

I just installed Deeper&Darker 1.2.2 to my 1.19.2 Forge server and tamed a Sculk Snapper in the Otherside. But then when my friend arrived, the Sculk Snapper kept attacking him until he died. Is there a way to stop him from attacking other players?

Similar to a wolf, make them sit. Unfortunately, forge 1.19.2 doesn't have a sit feature for the sculk snapper because I no longer work on that version. So a possible solution would be to update to a more recent Minecraft version.
