Warden Armor Config

It would be nice to have an option in the config to control the speed boost for the Warden Leggings as the current 1.4 is a bit much for general gameplay and i prefer to have one set of maxed out armor that i wear all the time.

Config option ideas

Speed Boost When: Always Sprinting Disabled

Speed Boost Modifier: Range 1-1.5

Also Maybe add Night Vision to the Helmet with the below config options:

Night Vision When: Always In Caves? Disabled

In general, having configs to modify all of the stats on items would help with balancing for servers. I am, at the moment, looking into if another mod can get between this and alter those numbers.
