What changed?
I'm running Liveportrait on an old Nvidia machine through Comfy Portable. Also using blazeface
In the past when doing video to video I could get the mouth to line up pretty good if I put in an establishing frame in both videos with the persons mouth closed. But now that doesn't seem to work anymore. The person's mouth in the resulting video is open way too much and I can't figure out how to fix it.
I noticed the models are now Safetensors, thanks for that btw. But could that be causing this issue?
Does anyone know what changed?

One suggestion I can think of is to revert to a previous working version and then compare the diff.
