addWritable() not working as accpected

Have libpoco-dev 1.11.0-3 and the following strange behaviour: When I add an XMLConfiguration with addWritable() to a LayeredConfiguration, changes made with setBool() for example are not written to the XML-file....

What are the differences to the project http://map.fc00.li/

Hey, why "https://www.fc00.org" shows less nodes and links than the map under "http://map.fc00.li/"? Unfortunatly "http://map.fc00.li/" is since several weeks offline and I cant reach it.
